I’ve heard so many positive things about taking magnesium, so I had to check it out for myself. I took Dr. Juan’s Santo Remedio Magnesium. I took one a day as recommended, in the mornings. I wasn’t sure anything was happening until I went to bed. I’ve been struggling to fall asleep and I toss and turn all night. I remember laying down on my side and I woke up the same way. I honestly didn’t move all night, I couldn’t believe it. The bottle states it’s for muscle relaxation and boy it was not lying. I’ve noticed I sleep a lot faster and don’t toss and turn anymore.
