Santo Remedio Magnesium Tablets, Dietary Supplement, 300 mg, 30 Count, Mood and Inflammation Support

Hi, I received this as a review item and it’s my first time trying this brand but so far seems good! Magnesium is very important for us to consume and at the same time it helps relax! I’ve only been taking for like a week or less so will see but so far all good seems great.

I’ve heard so many positive things about taking magnesium, so I had to check it out for myself. I took Dr. Juan’s Santo Remedio Magnesium. I took one a day as recommended, in the mornings. I wasn’t sure anything was happening until I went to bed. I’ve been struggling to fall asleep and I toss and turn all night. I remember laying down on my side and I woke up the same way. I honestly didn’t move all night, I couldn’t believe it. The bottle states it’s for muscle relaxation and boy it was not lying. I’ve noticed I sleep a lot faster and don’t toss and turn anymore. I definitely recommend.
