Small footprint, smooth dispensing

I've only had this dispenser for about a month now and it hasn't seen hard use but it was easy to install (with my own hardware) and the towels dispense smoothly. No tears or snags. Footprint was a big factor in my selection and while it doesn't hold much more than one bundle of towels, it is unobtrusive. It is mounted in my garage, just outside the door from the house. Considering a second one for the laundry room.
