When high sodium intake became a concern, San-J decided to make a reduced sodium version. Tamari Lite Gluten Free Soy Sauce is a flavorful tamari that contains 50% less sodium than their regular Gluten Free Tamari (Black Label) - a breakthrough for anyone who is concerned about the sodium content in available soy sauces.

Each of San-J\'s Tamari varieties are brewed for up to six months with 100% soy and no wheat, are certified gluten-free, and now verified non-GMO by the Non-GMO Verification Project.
