I needed a flavor to replace Curry and this one is my new favorite. A little goes a long way. I make my Ramen by the directions, drain it into a bowl and add the 1/4 of the sauce packet, powder packet, a raw egg yolk, fresh garlic, some mayo and about 3/4 cup of the ramen water. So good!
