Verified Purchase
Ordered product and TV Mounting service. Shipping info was incorrect and product had not even shipped by the date it was supposed to arrive. The Mounting service had to be rescheduled manually, not automatically, and charges for last min mounting service change were levied. Wallmart made it right - after I called and talked to customer service. I found the product for over 100$ less on the OEM site, ordered it direct, and it will be at my house in a few days.
