There is still a gap no matter what

I am disappointed with the false advertisement. There is always 1-2 inches of gap no matter what. May be it is due to the weight of the TV which causes it to stay tilt but regardless this shouldn't be mentioned as no gap when there is always a gap. I am happy with the product quality but that's not the purpose of buying the mount. The purpose is to have no gap which clearly didn't meet my expectations. I would not recommend this product and would suggest other customers to shop around for a better mount which can leave less gap after installing the mount.

Does not work for Q70R

I bought it with a new Q70R 75" and its the wrong mount. No indication when I ordered it with a Q series (Q70R) that it would not fit. I mounted it up on the wall then opened the TV and realized it was totally wrong. So it fits all the Q series except this new Q70R...
