Replacing old built-in...
i replaced an old built in microwave with this one and it went very well. purchased the microwave and trim kit together (2 separate parts numbers). my only issue is that it does require a torx bit to take out one of the screws. i really recommend that samsung puts one of those bits in with their trim kit. it needs the t15h torx bit with the hole in the center to properly attach the trim-kit. not something you would normally have but at most hardware stores.

Great color and design!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago and have been very happy with it! After reading the reviews I was a little worried about buying it, but thank goodness I got it! The ease of the push button and the quiet closure of the door are better than expected. I love the blue color inside and it's much quieter than my old microwave. The black stainless looks great in my kitchen too! We found the blue time display a little too bright, but that was an easy fix by putting a light dimming sticker on it.

Great looking microwave with amazing features!
I bought this microwave as part of a suite of Samsung appliances in matte black finish to complement each other in a whole kitchen renovation. Somehow, you can get LARGER items in this unit than our LARGER former Frigidaire unit! We love it. It sits recessed into a wall, yet sits on the granite counter. This is a perfect height for easily removing items and placing them onto the counter or island. It "senses" the items you select and cooks accordingly with the presets. My only beef is it takes an extra button push for cooking using the 30-seconds button.
