Overall not satisfied with the purchase and seller. The item came LOCKED, and my carrier could not unlock it. So had to return it and waste a week of no phone. Also, the screen protector has bubbles that will not go away so I don't like that, would have had to replace. Also came with tons of smudges so it was not wiped clean, considering the new normal, I would expect it to come very clean.
