Outer shell has some dings but nothing too bad and nothing that won't be covered by the case. No problems with the screen. Originally thought the phone was charging weirdly slow but found the setting for Fast Charging was turned off and it seems fine now so I suspect that was it. I have yet to have this phone activated but it seems very speedy and its photo quality is a major upgrade to my current phone, the Samsung A01. I actually bought the Samsung A53 before this phone but found it to be obnoxiously too big for my hand and this seems like a much more comfortable size for me, though I have no case on it yet, so I returned the A53. So far, so good!
