I put this in my hot coffee and it dissolves pretty well and you can't taste it. I believe it helps keep my bones strong. My nails and hair are also healthy. This it my go-to brand.

I'm only into my first few weeks using Collagen Synthesis. I've had multiple issues with a shoulder, both knees, lower back & hips. That's lots of places to expect one scoop of your product to find & offer help. Some days I feel like I'm improving. Then I'll do something or sleep wrong & the pain will flair up. I imagine it will take 2-3 containers of your product before I feel significant improvement. I just placed my order for Salt Wrap Rebuild to enhance repairing my body. I am optimistic!

I was surprised

I tried other collagens, and never noticed a difference. Within the first month of taking this I noticed the pain reduced substantially and my range of motion was improved. I was pleasantly surprised. I will continue to supplement with this collagen. By the way I'm 70 with shoulder impingement n tendonitis in my shoulders, also patella tendinopathy
