The products soaks in nicely without and oily texture. I was going to try biotin to get my nails to grow but my dermatologist said biotin is unproven. She recommended moisturizing my cuticles instead. I've only used this for a week or so but I think it will help.

I do home manicures and noticed my cuticles were dry when pushing them back. I got this Sally Hansen nail oil to add moisture back into my nails and hwlp my brittle nail beds be moe pliable when doing manicures. Worked very well. Nice quality oil.
