This may be what I need.

Just received the belt and tried it. seems to help. I noticed on some reviews that people mentioned velco not sticking after a while. But you can sew on new velco easily. Also that you had to remove it to go to the bathroom. I ordered long thin strap camisols to wear. that way, i could put that on, the belt, then my underwear. That way, I won't have to keep taking it off. I'm ordering a second belt as well. I dont think this will show under your clothes unless you wear something tight. Hope this helps with some of the pain. Hope it helps you also!!!!

I love that the back side is not very high 4" which is perfect! I am 4' 8"tall and it was very hard to find one that the back side was not very tall most of the ones I found were like 8" in the back, which is fine if your 6' tall. There are two adjustments for the stability you can make both adjustments as tight or as loose as you want and has very good support, the velcro holds very well and very comfortable, it is very well made and better than I was expecting for the price. It is very sturdy and after a few minutes I could feel the relief in my hips and was easing the pain. I would highly recommend.
