No removable plastic support bottom

I liked everything about these reusable grocery bags EXCEPT...don't be confused like I was about the inclusion of a removable plastic support bottom. There is NO support bottom. Similar images of bags with that kind of insert are used in advertising of these bags and I thought that was what I was ordering. They'd be perfect if they had that insert.
