Nice exercise bands
I love these bands to do some exercises and stretching. They have 3 different strengths for ease to do the ones you want to do. I am in my late 50's and need to strengthen and excercise my sore body so I decided to try these and they work great. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to exercise and strengthen.

Great little band set
After having rotator cuff surgery I was looking for a way to slowly increase my strength without creating the minor little tears that my doctor said free weights could cause if used too early. I ordered these and I am super happy with them. There are 3 which gives me options for resistance. I am most happy with them. I believe they are best for upper body and that's exactly what I needed. I would recommend these bands.

Really good workout!
These mini loop bands work really well for isolating specific muscle groips. I especially like that you can pack them up and take them on vacation or anywhere you want to get in a quick work out. I really like them for leg and thigh exercises. If you have worked with these before, you need to start at the lighter bands until you are comfortable and can use the heavier bands without causing injury. Would definitely recommend these bands.
