Just the right weight

The 18foot conditioning rope is now the best piece of workout gear I own. I've lost over 100lbs in the past, but with everything going on and being home it was starting to come back. I like to switch up my workouts and this conditioning rope is perfect for that. Its a great way to get my heart rate up before jumping on the elliptical. Im not looking for big muscles, just trying to lose a few lbs and slightly tone my arms. The quality of the conditioning rope is fantastic and has no separated at all while using. Normal wear and tear but nothing that would precent me from using it. The handles have a strong rubber grip and it also comes with an insert with a few exercises to get you going. The length is nice for a smaller work out area in my basement, but provides the perfect amount of weight to get me started. I've been using this everyday and has been awesome. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody looking to shed some pounds with cardio and tone their arms at the same time. Anybody can use it!

Love this conditioning rope!

This rope wore me out within the first ten minutes lol! It is an absolute total body workout! It comes 18 feet long and 1.5 inch thickness. Meaning its big enough for a great workout but still small enough to use in your own home! It's high quality, professional, durable conditioning rope. Ideal for high-intensity, function focused workouts to build core and arm strength, enhance grip and boost stamina. It was easy to hold and not slip. So in all this is a great workout tool!! I highly recommend getting one I promise you won't regret it! I am so glad I own one now just wish I would have got it sooner!

Spri conditioning battle rope

This battle rope offers a great workout for shoulders and arms. This brand of products is top notch with their quality, durability and price. It is highly recommended for all who want to feel that burn on the shoulders , back, and stomach. I can secure the battle rope to any anchor as the battle rope moves freely when it is attached to the anchor or around pole, allowing you to have a more natural range of motion. I can also use this rope to reduce the intensity of your work out by shortening the rope and also increase the intensity by extending the rope back out too. This heavy-duty exercise rope can be used indoors or out, and it a nice professional weight and build to it. It's thick and almost dirt resistant with its “like” repellent material. It is a solid rope and I can't wait for this to be included into my exercise daily.
