I have a bay window and it's cold in the winter. I bought this curtain rod to hang thermal blackout curtains inside the bay window . Definitely appreciate a rod that you don't have to use tools to install . The rod is great quality and it holds the weighted curtains, I can even slide the curtains on the rod with no problem. Once placed the rod has not moved and it's attached to wood. I love it. I would definitely purchase it again.
