RUN EXTREMELY SMALL! Otherwise sufficient.

THESE SHOES RUN EXTREMELY SMALL! The 1st pair I ordered, a half-size above my normal size since I knew I would be wearing thick arch-support sports socks with them for work, were too small to wedge my foot into even if I were wearing a silk footie. So I re-ordered them a FULL SIZE (two half-sizes) up. (the return process was effortless, btw) The new, 2 half-sizes larger ones fit perfectly, have decent arch support already but I will buy insoles to re-inforce them. I initially ordered them as replacements for the $130 work boots Amazon bought me when I started working in their warehouse, which were the most miserable medieval torture devices anyone ever strapped to their feet. These SPIEZ shoes are lightweight, do their job if you work in a warehouse (apparently they aren't sufficiently slip-resistant if you work in a restaurant, according to reviews) so I wholeheartedly recommend them. I don't know why other reviews are whining that they aren't 'steel-toed.' Of course they're not 'steel-toed' given that their toe is COMPOSITE which is what most warehouses require and they clearly state that in the description.

love them! they truly are doing their job. this is first time in warehouse i've had to wear steel toe shoes. i wanted boots but bc its summer i thought why no a sneeker type and sure enough, you guys made them into sneekers. they seem to last a long time. come the fall ill order my boots , but till then ill wear these. fhe price was excellent too.
