Where is the fragrance?

There's only a minimal, slight fragrance- like soap! No essential oil potency AT ALL! I was looking forward to the sweet fragrances of orchid and Lavender. None. I wonder if the candle maker forgot to add the essential oil. Disappointed. Ordered on June 17, arrived June 24. Candles appear as pictured. Packaging was secure on the inside but the outside box was beat up a bit. USPS. Will be returning.
