SNUGRUGS Men's Soft Sole Suede Sheepskin Moccasin Slippers - Dark Brown - US 15

I normally do NOT leave bad reviews because I am usually not that difficult to please, i know mistakes can happen and i like to go with the flow. However, I stupidly ordered these TWICE and had to get a refund BOTH times. For one, the first order took FOREVER to recieve and the tracking is crap, it doesnt tell you where your package is AT ALL. It will only tell you if its through customs and in the country its being delivered in. After having to request information over the course of 2.5 weeks I finally recieved them and thats when I noticed that (even though I ordered a size 11) the ones i recieved showed a size 10 sticker and of course, wouldnt fit. So, after being refunded and placing another order (because these are the only pair I could find at a reasonable price like the ones my gpa wanted) AND after leaving SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS that the sticker on those please be 11 BEFORE they ship them, I was informed by the seller that apparently a U.S. size 11 is a european 10 and these shoes are european so, low and behold, they sent me another pair in the SAME EXACT size, a TEN! Even though i left SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS. So, after waiting a while to recieve the 2nd pair, in the same WRONG size, I ONCE AGAIN had to request a refund because, THEY DONT FIT. If your sizes are European and therefore run as a different size, it should be within the main description! If it had, i would have known to order a size 12 instead. Once im refunded for this second pair, I will NOT be ordering again. I will continue my search elsewhere, this has been FAR too much of a headache.

Went and ordered these sung rug moccasins slippers from the company but they keep telling me that they are on the way but 9 Days later on show send messages to the company get one response back send number 2 message no response they don't even give a tracking movement to see where the package is there website on the walmart app keeps going back to walmart So very disappointed how companys are especially over in UK. but walmart main office told there is no 100 present that would ever receive them I should of known from the last time when I tried to order them
