Okay quality but too big and not what was pictured

This dress is okay but not what is pictured, the lines for the ribbed texure are a blue on top of the green making the dress look blue in general, this is also a stretchy dress so if you want it size it based off your small or medium mesurement not your biggest one (my bust is an 18 but my hips and waist are a 16 so i really should have bought a 16)
