The sheets fit my bed nicely. The Mediterranean Blue is a pretty darker blue. As far as softness and comfortability they are "meh". They aren't UNcomfortable. They're kind of soft a kinda thin. It took me a minute to place the texture/feel, because I knew the feeling. They feel like curtain sheers.
