We have a lot of devices connected to our wi-fi and it was slow and annoying. I replaced the little router that the internet provider gave us with this beauty and it's a big difference! We even have 2 different connections, so we can use them for different devices. I'm very happy.

Crazy looking and top of the line!
I literally tried 5 different routers over a period of 1 week, trying to find the perfect device for my needs. The price is on the higher side then most routers on the market, and it was a major consideration at first, until I plugged it in and set it up! Tri-band, 8 external antenna, ddwrt capable, with many advanced functors available. Game consoles smart TVs smart phones tablets and computers all occupy this houses and they all run faster than they ever have! It's a keeper!

Router ROCKS!!!
OK this thing is a beast. Yup, its kinda big, and kinda looks like a robotic scorpion from the movie Runaway, but it rocks for wireless. Speed is phenomenal, reliability is great. I can get a full signal in my neighbors yard. Usb 3.0 port works well as a home network drive(I have a WD 6.0tb drive hooked up there. Only thing I would do differently, is to add a couple more hard wired CAT ports. I am using up 2 for additional NAS drives. a couple more would be useful, but not a deal breaker at all..I really dont use the 2.0 port, but might be useful for a slower archive drive, or backup bios or something. Regardless, overall - it rocks - Spend the extra couple bucks and buy this bad-boy, you wont regret it...
