So far, so good.
I've only had it for about 2 weeks and I love it! I hesitated to purchase this one because it had gotten TERRIBLE reviews. However, I like it's features and since it has a lifetime warranty, I bought it. So far, I've had no problems with it. I recommend removing the flow restricter before you install it.

Hi Becca, I'm happy to hear the Delta shower head is working well so far. We thank you for sharing your experience. While it is possible to remove flow restrictors from showerheads, we strongly advise against it for several reasons. All manufacturers of faucets are required to put “restrictors” in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product with regard to the restrictor's assembly and function. In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are codes for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place. Best regards, Brandis

it was good years ago but its gotten cheaper
Years ago I bought two Delta 75583CRB In2ition Venetian Bronze shower heads with hand held for are double show heads in my wife and I shower. They worked great for years but got worn out weak water presser, pause button would stick on one of them and soaking them in vinegar got to where it wouldn't do the trick. So I bought two more back in July/august 2020 they had a cheaper feel the hose for one didn't have that vanish on the tips it was just black plastic. I installed them and they worked and I thought if they last as long as the first set its worth it. My wife shower head works great however on mine the mode selector on the hand held has been getting tight (it takes two hands to turn it, one to hold the shower head and the other to turn the mode selector) it snapped off last night while I was turning it back to open spray from signal spray (its how I clean out my razer blade). So the other two I had from 2011 and they started giving me trouble around 2019. I bought the new ones in 2020 and a year later one gets so thigh that it ends up braking off the switch. I expect things to get worn out after 9 years not one year. Now I have emailed Delta customer service so I hope I can get some help

Loved the idea of 2 in One
Bought 2 years ago worked great in the beginning but now I am very disappointed. Have to use the shower portion to fill tub because water does not come out hot enough to fill tub directly from the faucet.
