Restored SAMSUNG Galaxy S23 5G (128GB, 8GB) 6.1" Fully Unlocked US & Global S911U (Refurbished)

Have had the phone for two weeks and not been able to use it yet. Came factory unlocked but NOT network unlocked. Had to make special trip to store to unlock network. That was after trying for almost two hours to contact Samsung just to access phone. I like Samsung phones so hopefully once I get to use it I will like this one too

I had the worst time activating this phone. Kept getting an error when inserting my SIM card. After hours on the phone with Samsung %26 hours at the AT%26T store, I was told the phone is on the black list as reported as stolen. I found that hard to believe so I did some Google searches %26 saw someone have the same issue %26 it was due to a broken sim tray. So back to the AT%26T store to have them switch me to an E-SIM %26 try to activate the phone without usinga physical SIM card, which worked. I contacted the seller who did offer to refund me, obviously I would have done that if it didn't mean I'd be without a phone until they received the return and processed the refund for me to buy another. I couldn't be weeks without any phone. Then they offered a $10 refund for reimbursement to get the sim tray fixed. It cost me $50 to get it fixed! So for anyone else having an issue activating a used phone like this, you may want to try an E-SIM %26 not waste countless hours.
