Pros: I really like these boots! At first I thought the silhouette looked to manly. But no, they are great for women. Leather is amazing and I love the heel height. Flat but not flat. Cons: Even though there are cushioned soles in the boots, I have be sure to wear the right socks so my feet don't hurt after standing for a while.
