Wrinkles don't come out

Sadly it's nearly impossible to get wrinkles out. We've steamed it and had it unpacked for over a week now. Likely going to return. A lot of work for a sub par looking rug. Would be good if it didn't have the wrinkles. Photo shown right after steaming :(
