Great rug, if you can get it!

This rug is beautiful but I only found that out after this vendor sent me the wrong one and I then went to the big O and purchased the correct one. Colors on the pink/blue version actually include yellow, green, burgundy, pretty much all colors but none of them overpowers the look because they are done so subtly against the cream background with charcoal chevron stripes. If you purchase from this vendor, just know that your communications with them will be cut and paste email sentences that just tell you to return, which is fine, I did that and my refund posted as soon as FedEx had possession of the rug. I couldn't seem to get them to acknowledge that the outer labeling of the rug I received was correct for the rug I purchased but didn't match the contents, meaning it could be happening with other rugs and I didn't want to risk getting the wrong rug again. The robot I was communicating with just basically said they were doing the best they could and sometimes mistakes happen. Okay, well good for you, but from a customer service standpoint it just felt like a dead end and that seems pretty avoidable. In any case, this rug is beautiful and seems very durable so I guess it was worth it to have to go through some hoops to get it.
