Good quality, nice and thick but strong oder.

It is a great quality rug. I was surprised how thick it was. The only drawback was the oder. It was strong. It has taken 2 weeks with a air purifier running 24/7 for the oder to dissipate. It is still there but more tolerable now. Pretty and comfy thick.

Thank you for your review. New rugs generally emit an odor. Airing out the rug in a well ventilated area solves the problem. If the odor does not go away after airing the rug, we recommend contacting the retailer you purchased from directly to initiate the return or exchange process.
