False description of measurement

Why does the description say the rug is 4 x 4 when it's actually 3.6 x 3.6 on the label? Please forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't this false advertisement? Other than incorrect sizing, the rug is nice quality with an odor that I'm sure will go over time.

Please also note that Generally new rugs emit an odor. Airing out the rug in a well ventilated area generally solves the problem.
