Safavieh Chelsea Lanford Animal Wool Area Rug, Black, 1'8" x 2'6"

This rug in the rectangular shape in black is primitive art. It's currently on my kitchen floor to hide some of the brown slate-look vinyl I am not fond of. In a different house (future) I would definitely hang it on the wall. Mine also has 4 dragonflies on it which do not appear in the current pictures online. It's perfect for a boho/eclectic look and feel...exactly what I'm going for by painting my existing cabinets black and adding contemporary lighting. It's the perfect surprise in what is going to end up being a kitchen that leans more contemporary/Asian in style.

I love this rug for my French country kitchen! I like the quality and it seems like it will hold up well, however, we rarely use this table. I originally purchased a smaller size, but I needed to return it for the 8x8 round because the chairs were hiding the design. I paired this rug with the Margaree rattan chairs (also purchased from Hayneedle).
