Defective

I originally ordered one 8 x 10 for my screenroom to see if i liked it. It came and was fine so i ordered a 2nd for the other side of the screenroom. I needed 2 identical rugs. The 2nd rug came with a huge run all the way through the rug. So we loaded it up and drove the 25 min drive to Walmart to make the return and I proceeded to order the same rug again so i can match the 1st rug. So the 3rd rug arrived and when we put in down it was a whole foot shorter than what I ordered. It was visibility noticeable! It was NOT an 8 x 10 at all. So again I had to load this rug up and drive it back to the store for a return. This rug will be only a few feet from the first rug i ordered and needs to be identical! I understand small imperfections but a foot difference is ridiculous. I'm about to order it for the 3rd time hoping it comes in correct. If it doesn't i will have to return the original and start over and just find a totally different rug. If they can get my order correct I'll be glad to submit another review based solely on the appearance of the rug.
