The rugs were exactly as described and even the color was accurately described and shown in the photos. Though the actual color was a bit darker which is reasonable since a camera will not reproduce the exact color, I was relieved to see that they were closer than I expected. And they arrived immediately! Thank You!

Beautiful area rug

Used in a small hallway space. Very thick texture with a very soft feel under foot. Color is soft and muted. A perfect touch in my home.

I recommend Hayneedle inspect these rugs prior to shipping!

The rug is beautiful and well made but was delivered to me with dark oily lines running approximately 4' in near the center of the rug and one spot about 3"" x 2"" out on the side of the rug. I have cleaned with a dry powder that I use on my other wool rugs. The stain is receding but will take several more cleanings to get the factory oil off the rug.
