Might sound kind of funny, but this piece gave me a black eye and I write with a warning. I'm basically ok with the table. Disappointed the top edge of the drawer has putty filling right near the front, and the actual front of the piece has putty filling some imperfections. But, here's the real thing: it's top heavy, which is really an issue as you lift it, fully assembled (that was nice) out of the box. Just as the six pounds of packaging slipped off, the whole thing tipped in my hands and smacked me hard on the brow bone. The bruise settled over my entire eyelid. So I had a lovely shiner through Thanksgiving this year. I'm average height and average or better strength. The box was labeled, ""this end up."" I highly recommend laying it down and sliding it out on it's side instead. (I'm sparing you pix of the black and blue.) For the price, I don't think I should have to look at so much putty. Otherwise it's cute. (The table, not the shiner.)
