Great price, fast shipping, damaged item.

Didn't expect a supplier like this to have pool and spa products. Their price beat my professional suppliers, the shipping time was great, but I should have known better going outside my industry. The item's box was old, previously opened and crushed on one corner and sure enough, the rail inside had a dent in it. It's a polished metal railing--dents and scratches aren't acceptable. The pool industry already knows that the manufacturer SR Smith boxes these things carelessly without protection but that doesn't excuse rough handling by everyone else. My customer refused the installation and I had to buy a clean one from a local source. Not interested in listening to the shipper and Voomi blame each other. Lesson learned.
