My son is skinny and normally the 7/8 pants work for him, but we had to return and buy the 10/12 due to these not being long enough. I was worried the larger size would be too baggy on him, but they fit well! These also have working drawstrings so that's a plus! Great summer pants we ordered for camp because he sunburns very easily.
