Mind you, I haven't yet put this on my boyfriend's bed. I did, however open it up a little and feel of it and it is strong but so, so soft. He has a full bed. He injured his back, so I can't put his new bedding on for him until he is able to leave for a while. My back is literally broken, too, but I am used to it, somewhat, so I will be the one putting his new bedding on. I got him all sorts of nice, new bedding because it's going to be a process recovering for him. The sides are not stretchy from what I could feel. They are strong and thick. I don't have to worry about it stretching out of place like the last ones I bought him did. In case you're wondering, no. We don't sleep together at our age. I have to sleep in my lift chair because of my spine and hardware breaking. I can't wait to see this on his bad with the new sheets, blankets, and pillow shams. He is going to be in luxury like a king. <3 He deserves it. He does many nice things for people and I have had the privilege to watch his selfless acts irt.
