Condition of Rugrats complete collection received.

Received my package earlier than expected. However, the box was ripped and all of the DVD cases are broken. Found small scratches on several DVDs because the center pins are all broken. As soon as I took it out of the plastic cellophane the bottom of the box fell out and so did most of the DVDs. This is an expensive collection I've been wanting for a while and I hope I did not waste my money. Thought this was supposed to be new. It looks used.
