I am usually at work for about 9 1/2 hours and at the end of the day the center is still solid ice. It is in a thermal lunch box but the lid is open all day so this works well.

Great at keeping your lunch cold
Inexpensive and a necessity if you want to keep your lunch cold. I use them daily for my lunch. Keeps drinks and things like yogurt cold all day, I recommend using two.

Blue Ice Lunch's
I have taken my lunch for years. Used to be a sandwich, chips and cookies. Now that I have Blue Ice I take a whole new variety of cold products that lasts thru my 10 hour days. Sometimes it is almost 7 hours before I get lunch and yet my pudding and drinks or jello are still frosty cold thanks to this inventive and useful product!
