This chair glides and has a nice appearance. However, the feel of the fabric is not the greatest. Also, the seat back does not allow me to sit upright; it requires one to be in a leaning position to touch the seat back. Also, one of the "wings" contnually falls off. It is difficult to find a nice-looking sturdy chair that rocks or glides. This seems to be one of the better ones on the market for the price, but nothing to write home about. If I had seen this in the store, I do not think I would have purchased it.
