Aweful experience

I needed a cash register quick so I bought the Royal ML1100 and ordered the barcode scanner. I paid extra for the fastest shipping possible, but when I received the scanner it didn't work. I called Royal customer service and they knew nothing and could not help. The girl on the phone kept putting me on hold to ask "her associate" what to do. She new absolutely nothing about the scanner or the register. I will be returning both of them.
