Love how fast this heats up. A bag of frozen vegetables only takes two minutes to get to a rolling boil..at 7500 feet elevation. The pan is great also. If you cook meat remember to add a little water when you first start using it or you could end up with a smoke filled house. I also recommend getting everything you are going to add to the pan ready and setting close by. If you want to make sure you're pan set will work with this unit take a magnet and try to stick it to the pan; if it sticks the pan will work, otherwise you will need new pans.

I LOVED THIS,it heated so quickly was packaged so nicely.Its a high quality product and worked with many of My existing pans . Unfortunately it cracked so I cannot use it because one drop of steam or water that gets under the glass could be dangerous .I purchased the extended warranty from Allstate but Im getting the run around .Maybe Rosewill WILL replace it because I really wanted to test it to see if it works on Solar panels .
