Sturdy Rack - Great Customer support
Excellent product & excellent customer service! Pro: I purchased this rack for my home server setup. It's definitely a sturdy rack and well constructed. 3/4 of the way through the build, I noticed i was missing one of the top bracket pieces. I contacted Rosewill regarding getting a replacement piece. They said they couldn't send out a single replacement piece, but they could send a 2nd new rack & I was to remove any pieces that I needed & return the rest using a preprinted UPS label. The 2nd rack arrived within 2 days. Excellent customer service! Con:Other than the missing piece, no complaints

Sturdy Rack
When I first purchased the rack, they forgot to include the cable management rings. I contact customer service and they were able to get me a set once they were in stock. The rack itself is very sturdy and adjustable to fit longer equipment. The cable management isn't great, and I'll probably buy a couple of vertical cable management finger ducts to make the rack look clean. I would have liked to see suggested accessories that included links to these kind of ducts, but that's not a reflection on the rack itself. Overall, recommended rack at a good price point. Pro: Good, strong rack. 25U is ample space for a home lab, and that is resizable (length-wise) is a definite plus. Con:Cable management is a bit of a nightmare.
