The most flavorful brine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always like to test brines with pork chops and chicken before the big Thanksgiving holiday. This way I can tell if the flavor will be good for the turkey. This brine is so flavorful! It left both my chicken breasts and pork chops extremely juicy. My husband is still raving about the pork chops.there is a hint of sweet and spice from the dried fruit and vanilla bean and sage. The directions are really easy to follow: dump contents into boiling water and let cool then add your meat. Done! You have to try this-it will definitely wow your guests!

Best brine mix on the market! Delicious turkey!!

We followed the instructions for our 18 pound Butter all turkey. Let it brine 16-18 hours and put the turkey in the Big Easy Oil Free Propane Cooker. Set it on high for 3 hours, cooked it til was 172 degrees-202 degrees. We had five meat thermometers and couldn't figure out which was the most accurate, thus the crazy temperature range. This year was the first time we did not inject the turkey, just brined it. It made the best tasting , juicy and moist turkey ever!!! We will use Rodelle from now on. We will skip injecting the turkey, too!!
