LG Ultra Slim Portable DVD Writer with M-DISC™ Support - GP63EX70

This review not the product (the product is fine by the way) so much as this was my first online order and pick-up at the store. The process of ordering was fine but the process of store pickup was confusing. I was supposed to park in a certain spot and use the walmart app to announce I was there. I could not find the spot to park so I parked then got out of my car, entered the store and asked where to park, and the directions were to the wrong lane. I parked in the wrong anyway because I didn't want to repeat what I just did. At that point, I tried to install the walmart app but had forgotten the password, but also was concerned about whether the app would even know which walmart I was at.. I then got out of my car again, walked around the lot and found the correct lane. I tried phoning the number on a sign in the lane, but the line was busy. I phoned twice, busy twice. I then walked into the store and wandered around and had to ask where customer service was. I then walked to customer service and waited in line and stated why I was there and then was instructed to wait nearby. In less than 5 minutes a walmart employee appeared with a bag and my product. I said thank you and left.
