Fan battery operate

Not sure why searching fan battery operate shows this item. I placed an order of 4 fans and 5 minuntes later read again the description And do not say anywhere that it is fan. Search showed this picture as fan battery operate but it is not a fan. Hope that my card is not charge at all since i cancelled the order within 5 min.
