Directions Keep frozen until ready to prepare1. Choose a pan: 9" x 13" baking pan, 20 pull-apart rolls; 8" baking pan, 9 pull-apart rolls; muffin tin, 2 rolls per cup.Regular method (3 to 5 hours)2. Spray pan with cooking spray. Place frozen rolls in pan, and cover with plastic wrap sprayed with cooking spray to keep it from sticking to rolls while rising.3. Let rise 3 to 5 hours, until rolls double in size. Actual time depends on temperature of your kitchen. Carefully remove plastic wrap.4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.5. Remove rolls from pan at once and place on a wire rack to cool. Brush tops with melted butter or margarine, if desired. Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.5. Remove rolls from pan at once and place on a wire rack to cool. Brush tops with melted butter or margarine, if desired.*Speed Method may make rolls less smooth on top. Flavor is unaffected. Best appearance is achieved using the Regular Method.Convection Oven: Lower baking temperature to 325°F. Bake rolls 10–15 minutes.

Rhodes yeast rolls are the best. Fluffy and good. Following instructions I let them rise stove top, with oven on warm. (usually cooking something else) it only takes two hours. They can over rise so when they are rounded and puffy just about right. Says to cook for 20 min at 350 but at 15 min they are perfect (in my prewarmed oven). 20 is too long, you can tell when the smell gets done. I love them fresh out of the oven, hot with honey cinnamon butter.

I have purchased this product time and time again for every big family event. I use them typically as a dinner roll and then add some cheese or garlic and rosemary to the top. Now I have started also ton use them for fun desserts like monkey bread and cinnamon rolls. love these rolls!

I love these rolls! They are foolproof and always turn out right. I always do the quick option where I leave them out for 3-5 hours, then bake them. I do normally have to leave them in a few minutes longer than suggested but they are always perfect! I top them with butter when they come out and its pure perfection!
