Dosage

Please read the entire directions before consuming and follow the tolerance assessment protocol. Assess your tolerance first by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8 oz. of cold water and consuming it about 30 minutes before your daily workout. Once tolerance has been assessed, increase the dosage to 2 scoops mixed with 16 oz. of water before working out. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.

Really good pre-workout!

Really like this product. The price at Walmart was pretty good too. I used this during my 10 week High-intensity total-body cycle of training. It's probably the only reason I could get through my 60 to 70 min. sessions. I used 2 servings prior to my workouts which contain close to 400 mg. of caffeine. You definitely don't want to take this during evening hours or you end up like me, in bed, wide-eyed, staring at the ceiling at 2 am. Taste was pretty decent with no chalky aftertaste. All in all, one of the better pre-workout formulas I have tried in the las 2 years,
