Took a lot

Over all I like the TV. I did not get a lot of help from customer service. I really wanted a 3D TV but was told LG no longer makes them, although in one of the videos I saw there was a 3D feature. It took a long time for me to figure out how to adjust the picture and sound. I had the TV for a month before I got the email on how to adjust those features. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
