This is a very good value for the money. The smoke alarm runs on a 9 volt (included) and the carbon monoxide alarm uses 2 AA batteries (included). They were both very easy to install. These seem to be made very well. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought this 2 pack to satisfy township inspection during sale of property. Inspector satisfied and saved a bunch of money in the process. This is a 2 pack. CO detector AND smoke detector. Both came mounting screws and both with battery's. A deal at this price for both units when comparing to all the others shown. Than used "ship to store" option and received free shipping. Can't do any better, and yes, they both work. One has a 5 year battery, and the other a 10 year. So whether your selling a house or just time to replace your units, this is a good deal for a Brand Name!
